Review of Blaze Pizza

We've eaten here a number of times and have never had a problem. There is a possibility of contamination because they do share equipment, but they do clean the lower plate of the press before making GF crust. They normally have one person walk my pizza the entire way with fresh gloves. The pizza is made on a special liner so it doesn't touch shared surfaces. There is also a special bin for GF pizza sauce that is not contaminated. Three of us are GF in our family, my daughter will throw up if ingested gluten, we've not had any problems. Communication is key and don't be afraid to speak into any concerns you have.
