NOT celiac safe at all. I came here based on a previous review saying they were celiac safe and prevented cross contamination but that’s not true. I was highly skeptical when I walked in and saw the operation but asked them anyway. They said of course they can use clean gloves, a pan and new toppings so I was excited but they then wiped down the dough press they had just pressed regular crusts on with a towel and pressed the gf dough on it and put the dough on a pan with holes in it on top of a wheat flour covered wooden paddle. They changed their gloves and pulled out new ingredients but I decided I couldn’t risk eating this pizza and let my friend who was splitting it with me just have the pizza and didn’t eat any. They also cut it on a shared cutting board. They tried, but it’s not good enough for celiac. If just gf allergy or preference then go for it.

I watch them make my pizza every time I eat here. They change their gloves, use different utensils and prepare gluten free pizzas in their own pan.
Their pizza is amazing! The dough is homemade and they have many toppings to choose from.

So I watched them make my Celiac daughter’s pizza from start to finish and I had to have them remake it after they went to cut it on a shared surface with a dirty (glutened) pizza cutter. I’m unlikely to come back her with her. She liked the pizza, but unfortunately she is one of those with Celiac disease that has alopecia secondary to gluten exposure so we won’t really know for a bit if she was glutenized.
I really liked this place and felt safe. They put the dough on a mat so it’s not on the same surface as the gluten pizza when cooking it. They changed the gloves and made sure no one touched my pizza with gluten hands. They have a certain sauce just for gluten free pizza. They got ingredients from the bottom that weren’t touched and used a clean pizza cutter to cut my pizza. They didn’t seem to mind accommodating. I apologized for being complicated and they were just like it’s not that big of a deal.

Don’t eat here! I got such attitude on the gluten free ask. The girl was so put out that she didn’t even get the toppings from a clean container. I paid for the pizza and threw it out. I will never go there again!!

I like this restaurant, it provides gluten free pizza, which is very important to my family members, they are allergic to gluten. and it is not easy to find the true gluten free food such as Blaze Pizza

Went in and ordered a pepperoni pizza with gluten free crust. They asked if it was an allergy or preference. When I said allergy they did a glove change, offered to pull ingredients from the bottom, have a designated red sauce just for gluten free items, and we’re very kind and didn’t act like it was a bother to go through those extra steps. My husband who is not gluten free tried my pizza and said it is no different than his just a little thinner. I’ve ate here many times and will continue to come back!
