Had a delicious pizza here at Blaze. Staff was nice and very accommodating to my gluten free diet. The girl making my order changed her gloves and put my pizza on a gluten sensitive mat to cook. I had the cauliflower crust and it was wonderful and perfectly crispy on the outside and still chewy inside. (Warning: cauliflower crust contains cheese) But there are 2 other other gluten sensitive crust to check out. The condiments and sauce were tasty. The only thing off is that they had no salt and pepper. Just salt and oregano. Which was odd. But everything else was still good.
