They fought me on my choices but they could not hold their own. They eventually were worn down by my bold, yet firm requests. Although the conversation became a bit stiff and awkward, I do believe the staff learned something from me at the end of the day. I will be gluten free for my final days. This is something I made sure they understood, they will remember the look in my eyes and the determination in my heart. Overall. A good pizza

GF crust was great. Interesting to hear different comments. My crust was crispy and the best I’ve had. Closest to real deal. They asked if they needed to use gloves. I don’t have celiac so I’m not as strict with contamination. Didn’t pay attention to other utensils, containers etc.
Yes
Definite possibility of cross-contamination. Ended up with sharp pains in my side, which is usually one of my first symptoms.
They do have a gluten free crust and they change their gloves to get the dough. However, they do not use separate ingredients for the gluten free pizzas. My husband has celiac disease so we just took his pizza to go and gave it away. It wasn't worth the risk.
No
I had a different experience than Krysta. I did get the GF crust - they changed gloves and used a separate (non-contaminated) container and spoon to put on the marinara. I'm giving it 4 stars bc I didn't get sick - but I personally didn't like the pizza crust and neither did my 2 other friends who got non-GF. The crust was just really chewy (for both).
They have gf crust and the ingredients are naturally gf, but cross contamination is everywhere. They use the same spoon to put marinara on regular crust and spread it around then on the gf crust, same with all other ingredients. Very thin crust and it was good, but I did get sick. Won't go back.
No
They DO offer gluten free crust ***BUT*** refuse to work with you to keep your order gluten free!!! The will ONLY use the toppings that are out (& already cross comtaminated🥺) worse reaction ever when I asked them to use fresh gloves! I left without making a purchase.

I really liked this place and felt safe. They put the dough on a mat so it’s not on the same surface as the gluten pizza when cooking it. They changed the gloves and made sure no one touched my pizza with gluten hands. They have a certain sauce just for gluten free pizza. They got ingredients from the bottom that weren’t touched and used a clean pizza cutter to cut my pizza. They didn’t seem to mind accommodating. I apologized for being complicated and they were just like it’s not that big of a deal.

Don’t eat here! I got such attitude on the gluten free ask. The girl was so put out that she didn’t even get the toppings from a clean container. I paid for the pizza and threw it out. I will never go there again!!

I like this restaurant, it provides gluten free pizza, which is very important to my family members, they are allergic to gluten. and it is not easy to find the true gluten free food such as Blaze Pizza

Went in and ordered a pepperoni pizza with gluten free crust. They asked if it was an allergy or preference. When I said allergy they did a glove change, offered to pull ingredients from the bottom, have a designated red sauce just for gluten free items, and we’re very kind and didn’t act like it was a bother to go through those extra steps. My husband who is not gluten free tried my pizza and said it is no different than his just a little thinner. I’ve ate here many times and will continue to come back!
