Blaze handles GF fantastically, they have a separate dough presser, will change their gloves, have mats for the GF pizza in the oven, and have a separate pizza slicer. When you order, make sure to specify it’s an “allergy.” Remember to ask them for the GF red sauce instead of the regular (it’s easy to miss cause the GF one is at the end of the line). Be aware that the GF pizza will be a little hard and cracker-like after it comes out of the oven, but it is not anything terrible (I would just ask for extra sauce when ordering and get olive oil on it at the end).
