Good pizza, but I learned from going there that they use the same press to shape and create the gluten free dough that they do to make the regular dough, without placing either one of the doughs in anything. Therefore, even though they place the dough on a silicon mat and use different cutters, before they put the dough on a silicon mat, they are placing it in the same location they place the regular dough. There is a ton of cross-contamination happening in this process, and therefore I have stopped going to Blaze. If you have celiac disease like I do, I strongly suggest you use caution when eating here, due to the extreme cross contamination happening in the process of the pizza dough being prepared.
