The pizza was quite good and I didn't react. The staff was careful to avoid cross contamination in the pizza preparation as much as possible.

There’s very few options in terminal A for a celiac. With that, we read all of the reviews on this app and proceeded cautiously and pushing the safety aspect. The woman I spoke to was very confident that they would treat it appropriately and they did. I heard them disclose to everyone that it’s an allergy and I could watch them change gloves and protect his food every step of the way including at the end when they took it off and cut it. It was actually great that I could watch it since we were very nervous given the reviews.

UPDATE 3/10/2023: Location no longer has GF crust.
Good cauliflower crust. With coaching, the staff took good precautions, but there's a small risk of contamination. I had the cauliflower simple pie and did not get sick.

Of all the gluten free options in terminal A (not much) this is really the only place. I asked them to change gloves but I’m sure there is cross contamination just given the nature of how it’s prepped and cooked, and I didn’t feel too great afterwards, but so it usually is with airport food.

Ordered and it didn’t come out gluten free. They remade it with gf dough. They seemed very disorganized and hardly able to speak English.

I’d come back to Blaze in a heartbeat. 3 different GF crust options (including keto and cauliflower), super friendly staff. May not be celiac friendly due to cross contamination but I didn’t get “glutoned” despite being fairly sensitive.
The way the pizza was maid, they use the sauce for gluten and non gluten. They cleaned the machine with a dry paper.
No
Definitely not celiac safe. I’m not Celiac but still gluten sensitive. Honestly it was a gross pizza and didn’t make me feel good. I’d shoot for a healthier lighter option next time
No
Pizzas are not prepared in a separate area. Same toppings are used after they've already handled regular crusts. The risk of cross-contamination was too high. Had to walk away.

Delicious gluten free pizza! Assembled in plain sight, allowing you to watch them every step of the way. They had a separate container of sauce, a separate pizza cutter, and cooked it on top of something so my pizza was not contaminated in the oven. The create your own style was great, and I did not get sick.

Would not change gloves or clean cooking surface. Had to walk away.

Wonderful service. The gluten free pizza was delicious!!

Very tasty pizza with super-thin crust. The lady helping me was wonderful. I didn't even have to ask her to be careful about cross-contamination. She began cleaning everything before I had the chance to ask! They use a special pan liner and cutting wheel. Would definitely eat here again.
I really liked this place and felt safe. They put the dough on a mat so it’s not on the same surface as the gluten pizza when cooking it. They changed the gloves and made sure no one touched my pizza with gluten hands. They have a certain sauce just for gluten free pizza. They got ingredients from the bottom that weren’t touched and used a clean pizza cutter to cut my pizza. They didn’t seem to mind accommodating. I apologized for being complicated and they were just like it’s not that big of a deal.

Don’t eat here! I got such attitude on the gluten free ask. The girl was so put out that she didn’t even get the toppings from a clean container. I paid for the pizza and threw it out. I will never go there again!!

I like this restaurant, it provides gluten free pizza, which is very important to my family members, they are allergic to gluten. and it is not easy to find the true gluten free food such as Blaze Pizza

Went in and ordered a pepperoni pizza with gluten free crust. They asked if it was an allergy or preference. When I said allergy they did a glove change, offered to pull ingredients from the bottom, have a designated red sauce just for gluten free items, and we’re very kind and didn’t act like it was a bother to go through those extra steps. My husband who is not gluten free tried my pizza and said it is no different than his just a little thinner. I’ve ate here many times and will continue to come back!

Use the same press for regular and GF dough. Not celiac safe at all
