This chain is so inconsistent with safety. I have great experiences at some locations, and bad ones at others. This one was the latter.
I ordered a gluten-free crust and requested a glove change. They seemed totally at ease with the fact that I asked for that. She wrote it on the paper, I proceeded down the line to order the most safe things I could, which means not getting any sauce. Then they proceeded to get the papers mixed up when the pizzas came out of the oven. And so my gluten-free pizza ended up on a gluten paper from another person in my group. The other gluten free pizza in my group ended up on my paper. What's the point of writing safety notes on the paper if no one down the line is reading them?
Also, all of the available tables in the seating area were dirty.
So yes, the food is good, but the procedures aren't safe.
