This chain is so inconsistent with safety. I have great experiences at some locations, and bad ones at others. This one was the latter.
I ordered a gluten-free crust and requested a glove change. They seemed totally at ease with the fact that I asked for that. She wrote it on the paper, I proceeded down the line to order the most safe things I could, which means not getting any sauce. Then they proceeded to get the papers mixed up when the pizzas came out of the oven. And so my gluten-free pizza ended up on a gluten paper from another person in my group. The other gluten free pizza in my group ended up on my paper. What's the point of writing safety notes on the paper if no one down the line is reading them?
Also, all of the available tables in the seating area were dirty.
So yes, the food is good, but the procedures aren't safe.

I was impressed with how conscientious they were. They changed gloves, cleaned equipment, and even put my pizza on an oven cloth so that it doesn't touch the oven. Is there still possibilities of cross-contamination? Of course, but they did a great job doing all they could to prevent it. The food was also great. A good crust (gf dough) without being super crackerlike. I went a little over board with the cheese, but that is all on me (I learned that there is such a thing as too much cheese.) Overall great experience and would eat there again!

Would not recommend this place. If they had dedicated gluten free areas it would be fine but they use the same utensils on GF pizzas that they do on other pizzas. Last time I went in the gave me a regular pizza instead of gluten free and when I went back to get it corrected they seemed annoyed with me. Cross contamination is everywhere, will not be going back.

Do have separate press again for gluten free pizza.
Avoid if you have a gluten allergy. They no longer have a separate dough press for the gluten free dough, they just wipe off the same dough press used for regular crusts.

I didn’t even eat my pizza after watching it be made. 100% not safe and they do not care either

Staff was reasonably knowledgeable & very accommodating. They immediately changed gloves and even remade the pizza when they accidentally used ingredients and cheese from the front (they could be contaminated by previous employees, so best to get toppings from a fresh container). Overall — great service, Delicious, & my daughter did not get sick(celiac)! Highly recommend!!
Yes
Be sure to ask for glove change and toppings from the bottom too.
Awesome gluten free pizza. I love this place
I have been to Blaze restaurants that use precautions in preparing GF pizzas. This isn’t one of them. We ordered 2 GF pizzas for my daughter and I, and the fellow (not his fault, obviously had no training) took two of the cooking discs out of a pile of flour from the regular station. He put our GF dough on top of the flour covered discs. We apologized for the inconvenience and left. Blaze is in general a terribly run franchise system. Very disappointing.

They have great gluten free crust. It’s especially good if you ask for it well done as it helps get it more crispy. They are pretty good at changing gloves and asking if it is an allergy.

This location had been good in the past and made sure to take precautions including getting fresh toppings but not so great the past year. I’ve tried multiple times to go back and every time over the past year, I have walked out without ordering as they make me extremely uncomfortable. Every time I go they have a change in staff. When I ask about celiac friendly, they advise they change their gloves, have a gf dough, and have a separate “allergy” sauce, but they WILL NOT use separate toppings. So therefore you will be glutened. When I’ve inquired but getting fresh toppings they have advised they can’t do that. If you try this place be TAKE CAUTION.
They offer a Gluten free option but sadly there's a high risk of cross contamination. There are very few employees that care enough to acknowledge your celiac concerns and use ingredients separate from the front counter. I've been to this location twice and the 2nd time was the awful experience that made me stop going.

Excellent pizza! I had the regular GF crust and it was quite tasty. I also have to give them credit for switching out the crust twice when they pulled them out and they had small rips in the bottom. They said it was already fragile, so they wanted a good one. Excellent customer service!
