Like Blaze pizza. Liked it more with GF homemade crust instead of premade cauliflower and keto. They change gloves if allergy. A lot has changed in prep since changing dough and the pizza crust cooks faster than toppings so leave a subpar pizza. However not once have I gotten sick from here! You do have to monitor and it depends on who is working.
One of my favorite go-to’s for GF pizza. Only pizza place that has never made me sick. People commenting about cross contamination on pans or pizza dough presses are wrong. If you tell them you have an allergy, which they are actually prompted to ask after you order GF. They do a glove change. For the GF allergy customers there is a separate pizza dough press, a GF mat the dough goes on before it hits the pan, and ability to get sauce from separate container so no double dipping. Separate pizza slice and everyone down the line is told this is for an allergy. Been over ten times and never once been sick!
Yes
Did a glove change and have separate plates for GF dough but could still be some cross contamination. I felt ok after but it was a bit worrisome. if you are very sensitive I would avoid.
Gloves changed Separate pizza dough press Use different pizza slice Really good pizza Never been sick :-)
There is a huge disclaimer in the glass sneeze guard as soon as you walk in. The dough definitely touches shared equipment. I passed and went next door to Chipotle.
The pizza press they use to flatten the dough contaminates the gluten free dough instantly.
No
The employees change their gloves, never been sick here.
They DO offer gluten free crust ***BUT*** refuse to work with you to keep your order gluten free!!! The will ONLY use the toppings that are out (& already cross comtaminated🥺) worse reaction ever when I asked them to use fresh gloves! I left without making a purchase.

I really liked this place and felt safe. They put the dough on a mat so it’s not on the same surface as the gluten pizza when cooking it. They changed the gloves and made sure no one touched my pizza with gluten hands. They have a certain sauce just for gluten free pizza. They got ingredients from the bottom that weren’t touched and used a clean pizza cutter to cut my pizza. They didn’t seem to mind accommodating. I apologized for being complicated and they were just like it’s not that big of a deal.

Don’t eat here! I got such attitude on the gluten free ask. The girl was so put out that she didn’t even get the toppings from a clean container. I paid for the pizza and threw it out. I will never go there again!!

I like this restaurant, it provides gluten free pizza, which is very important to my family members, they are allergic to gluten. and it is not easy to find the true gluten free food such as Blaze Pizza

Went in and ordered a pepperoni pizza with gluten free crust. They asked if it was an allergy or preference. When I said allergy they did a glove change, offered to pull ingredients from the bottom, have a designated red sauce just for gluten free items, and we’re very kind and didn’t act like it was a bother to go through those extra steps. My husband who is not gluten free tried my pizza and said it is no different than his just a little thinner. I’ve ate here many times and will continue to come back!
