I've been ordering gluten-free pizzas almost weekly from Blaze for the past couple of years. I never have an issue. Highly recommend.

Cross contamination nightmare, don’t do it
No
Told them I had celiacs and couldn’t have gluten. Got the half pizza half salad and they gave me the gluten free crust, but then dumped croutons all over my salad. We explained again and the person behind the counter got frustrated and asked if they could just take the croutons off and give it back.
No
I don’t recommend this place for highly sensitive people or celiacs. There is tons of errors that lead to cross contamination. The pizza is AMAZING don’t get me wrong, but not worth the feeling & pain afterwards.
No
I told them gluten free and they changed their gloves for me, but there is a sign right where you order telling you that GF dough is made on the same equipment. I decided to give it a chance despite the sign because my sister eats at another location and never gets sick. The pizza is cooked on some kind of rubber sheet to prevent cross contamination in the oven, which is good...but I'm so sick now (a few hours later) I can't believe it. I don't recommend this place if you're celiac or cannot handle cross contamination!

Great GF pizza! Staff was helpful...changed gloves, etc.
Yes
This pizza place is similar to chipotle where you can ask for the toppings you want and see them put it on. They have a gluten free dough that is delicious
I really liked this place and felt safe. They put the dough on a mat so it’s not on the same surface as the gluten pizza when cooking it. They changed the gloves and made sure no one touched my pizza with gluten hands. They have a certain sauce just for gluten free pizza. They got ingredients from the bottom that weren’t touched and used a clean pizza cutter to cut my pizza. They didn’t seem to mind accommodating. I apologized for being complicated and they were just like it’s not that big of a deal.

Don’t eat here! I got such attitude on the gluten free ask. The girl was so put out that she didn’t even get the toppings from a clean container. I paid for the pizza and threw it out. I will never go there again!!

I like this restaurant, it provides gluten free pizza, which is very important to my family members, they are allergic to gluten. and it is not easy to find the true gluten free food such as Blaze Pizza

Went in and ordered a pepperoni pizza with gluten free crust. They asked if it was an allergy or preference. When I said allergy they did a glove change, offered to pull ingredients from the bottom, have a designated red sauce just for gluten free items, and we’re very kind and didn’t act like it was a bother to go through those extra steps. My husband who is not gluten free tried my pizza and said it is no different than his just a little thinner. I’ve ate here many times and will continue to come back!
