Terrible experience! Went in to get Gluten Free pizza for my daughter and myself.
Prior my other family member ordered vegan and they offered the gluten free sauce for her pizza and used the same utensil for her pizza.
I asked the woman behind the counter how many times have you done that and do you realize you have contaminated the gluten free sauce. She said she offered it sometimes.
My daughter was in tears and didn’t eat her pizza nor did I because we are celiac.
The manager who’s name was Jeff also made fun of the fact that it was an allergy using air quotes also.
Also another person with us ordered a vegan pizza not only was the tomato sauce covered in cheese the whole area was so messy and just meat everywhere out of the containers
They made fun of the allergy request also which was so upsetting. it’s not a preference in our case. As we are also both allergic to wheat as well as being celiac.
Never have I been to a Blaze location so badly run.
Also finally to make matter worse Jeff was drinking alcohol on the patio!
Insane!! Never again.

DO NOT EVER EAT HERE. I went here with my family and was faced with constant displays of cross contamination. And I don’t mean shared ovens and prep areas, the “dedicated gluten free” sauce was being used on non gf pizzas and they were smearing using the same ladle. Then when my family asked for a glove change they rolled their eyes and made a fuss. When we went to the cashier the MANAGER proceeded to say “oh the ones with the (in hand quotes) allergies”. Then about 5 minutes later we proceeded to watch him walk outside and drink a beer. I have never been afraid to eat food and I broke down in tears because I was so afraid.

I ordered a GF crust and watched the employee make my pizza. He used the same sauce that had been put on the other pizzas, and smeared it around on the crust, just like he’d done with the non-gf pizza before mine. I told my husband he’s have to eat my pizza because it wasn’t safe. A manager came over to me, and said they’d remake my pizza properly. I believed him. Brought me a supposedly safe pizza. They gave us the contaminated one also, to take home. I ate mine; my husband ate his. I was sick before I even got home. I would not trust them again.

The gluten free crusts are prepared separately and the staff changes gloves and uses separate utensils to avoid cross contamination. They also cook the pizzas on separate pans and mark that they are gluten free.
Great tasting crust and toppings.

The pizza tastes great..but the 2 different times I have eaten there, (2 different locations), my husband and I both got sick to our stomachs. Such a shame, because they also offer vegan cheese. Not sure if it is something with the gf crust..or just heavy cross contamination while cooking :( .
BE very careful...if you have celiac this is not the place for tou. The GF crust is real BUT they throw flower into the oven to keep the pizza from sticking and rotate them around as they bake...CROSS contamination is unavoidable!
No
Amazing pizza..desperate prep area and ingredients...great price
They DO offer gluten free crust ***BUT*** refuse to work with you to keep your order gluten free!!! The will ONLY use the toppings that are out (& already cross comtaminated🥺) worse reaction ever when I asked them to use fresh gloves! I left without making a purchase.

I really liked this place and felt safe. They put the dough on a mat so it’s not on the same surface as the gluten pizza when cooking it. They changed the gloves and made sure no one touched my pizza with gluten hands. They have a certain sauce just for gluten free pizza. They got ingredients from the bottom that weren’t touched and used a clean pizza cutter to cut my pizza. They didn’t seem to mind accommodating. I apologized for being complicated and they were just like it’s not that big of a deal.

Don’t eat here! I got such attitude on the gluten free ask. The girl was so put out that she didn’t even get the toppings from a clean container. I paid for the pizza and threw it out. I will never go there again!!

I like this restaurant, it provides gluten free pizza, which is very important to my family members, they are allergic to gluten. and it is not easy to find the true gluten free food such as Blaze Pizza

Went in and ordered a pepperoni pizza with gluten free crust. They asked if it was an allergy or preference. When I said allergy they did a glove change, offered to pull ingredients from the bottom, have a designated red sauce just for gluten free items, and we’re very kind and didn’t act like it was a bother to go through those extra steps. My husband who is not gluten free tried my pizza and said it is no different than his just a little thinner. I’ve ate here many times and will continue to come back!
