Watch the person at the oven. That’s where my pizza would get tossed on the grate before it went in the box. Other than that it’s been great. But I probably won’t go back. Too much stress

Even during busy night time business, they were careful with my gluten allergy pizza.

I love their super thin pizza crust but cross contamination could be an issue even though I've had no ill effects from eating her.

if have given up gluten by choice and it's not a food sensitivity or celiac disease then I guess you could eat a gluten-free pizza here but just know that they're baked in the same oven as regular pizza and parts per million when a pizza is heated and the dough is heated and it starts to dry out and crack particles go airborne and will land on top of any random Pizza so when you go through the line and you tell him you want a gluten-free pizza and they pull up gluten-free down on some kind of plastic rubber Troy that they're going to stick in the oven I'm sure that's not toxic eating off of heated plastic or rubber but then they make the gluten-free pizza in the same exact oven at the same time with the other pizzas wrong that's not gluten free. when you go through the line and you tell them you want gluten-free they ask you is that by choice or an hour I felt like saying f*** you.... I should have known simply by when I was asked that question that this restaurant does not gluten sensitivity or people who do not want gluten in their food whether it's parts per million or whatever it's cross-contamination they don't know what they're f****** doing this place is not gluten friendly this place is not gluten-freefriendly!!! this place is not Celiac. g free!!!free I guess before you can post you have to give them at least one star well if I could put a negative sign in front of all five stars they have five- stars

I have a gluten allergy as well as dairy and eggs . This is hands down the best and one of the only pizza places that offer a pizza that can also be made vegan. They offer Daiya dairy free cheese as an option. Their crust is delicious , and they are extremely cautious with cross contamination as long you specify it's an allergy.

Blaze Pizza is one of my favorite pizza places. They've got clean equipment and their employees seem to do a good job to make sure there's no cross contamination.

They DO offer gluten free crust ***BUT*** refuse to work with you to keep your order gluten free!!! The will ONLY use the toppings that are out (& already cross comtaminated🥺) worse reaction ever when I asked them to use fresh gloves! I left without making a purchase.

I really liked this place and felt safe. They put the dough on a mat so it’s not on the same surface as the gluten pizza when cooking it. They changed the gloves and made sure no one touched my pizza with gluten hands. They have a certain sauce just for gluten free pizza. They got ingredients from the bottom that weren’t touched and used a clean pizza cutter to cut my pizza. They didn’t seem to mind accommodating. I apologized for being complicated and they were just like it’s not that big of a deal.

Don’t eat here! I got such attitude on the gluten free ask. The girl was so put out that she didn’t even get the toppings from a clean container. I paid for the pizza and threw it out. I will never go there again!!

Went in and ordered a pepperoni pizza with gluten free crust. They asked if it was an allergy or preference. When I said allergy they did a glove change, offered to pull ingredients from the bottom, have a designated red sauce just for gluten free items, and we’re very kind and didn’t act like it was a bother to go through those extra steps. My husband who is not gluten free tried my pizza and said it is no different than his just a little thinner. I’ve ate here many times and will continue to come back!
