Review of Blaze Pizza

Staff changed gloves and has designated "gluten free mats" to put gluten free pizzas on in the oven, to reduce the chance of cross contamination with gluten pizzas. Only 2 toppings were not gluten free. I had a loaded pizza and it was quick too. It was delicious!!! And I didn't get sick. Now I only wish there were more of these around!!
