Review of Blaze Pizza

I’m an employee here and gluten intolerant. We go through procedures to make sure there is as little cross contamination as possible with placing our gluten free pizzas on dedicated mats and thoroughly wipe down our dough pressing equipment before pressing our dough. We also will change our gloves, dedicated red sauce for gluten free dough and we will get completely new ingredients if you request
