The owner came out and talked with us for a while. He was very nice and knowledgeable about gluten allergies and cross contamination. He said he had a separate fryer and used a separate clean pan for fish and other items needed sauté. I was also impressed with his meat selection- they source all of their meat from high quality sources where they know the rancher and can verify it is grass fed, no hormones or antibiotics, etc. he ended talking me into the elk burger on gluten free bun and I also had a side of sweet potato fries. It was all delicious! Definitely will return if I am back in the area.
