Not a separate gf menu but staff very knowledgeable. They will accommodate you and have gf bread. Very generous portions and yummy food. Everyone at the table loved their food. Highly recommend!

We ate there for brunch on Saturday and to say the food was phenomenal would be an understatement. I ordered the banana bread French toast. It comes out with caramel and pecans on top. I also ordered a side of hashbrowns, as well as sliced avocado. It was fantastic, and the owner even said they had a celiac guy work in the kitchen over the summer to help them ensure it is safe. The gluten eaters in my party also had pimento cheese grits and country fried steak and eggs. They also loved their meals. Highly recommended!

absolutely amazing for gluten free! I was able to get a burger on a gluten free bun, was told fries were in a shared fryer. They said they would clean the grill for me before cooking my burger and grilled my bun. As well as a dedicated toaster for gluten free bread. Everything was delicious!

Extremely helpful! They are willing to go the extra mile for all allergens. My daughter has to avoid egg, tree nuts, and gluten. They let me see labels on certain items and were extremely knowledgeable about celiac. Designated space / cleaning of utensils. The rosemary home style potatoes were stellar! My daughters (ages 1 and 2) loves them and the grilled chicken. They are extremely sensitive and did not get sick. The owner even brought slices of banana out for an appetizer for them and assured me he used a clean knife. Super impressive! Lots of gluten free options - even banana bread.

We took a trip to Cashiers, NC and found the Blue Bike Cafe!! Truly a wonderful place to eat breakfast and lunch. Staff is very knowledgeable about gluten free items, safety and taking care of people with celiac disease. I got a mushroom and Swiss burger on a gluten free bun - which I haven’t been able to eat for years since most places use wheat in the sauce. The staff was so friendly - fun on the inside - great for all ages! I would go there all the time if I lived near Highlands, NC!
