When I stated that my daughter had celiac, the server immediately said "I'll grab a clean serving utensil from the back". According to the website, the base of all the ice creams is GF, just the additional stuff (like the cookies for cookies and cream) has gluten. They had GF/DF cones stored in a separate container. The server used a paper towel to grab the cone so his hand did not come into contact. About 60% of their menu was GF. My daughter is a sensitive celiac and did not get sick. Some of their options are dairy-free as well as gluten-free.

The gluten free ice cream flavors are marked on the weekly chalk board menu! GF ice cream cones available! Out of the 11 classic flavors always available, 7 are gluten free. Then there are constantly rotating flavors, many of which are also labeled gluten free. They asked if it was a preference or allergy, and I said allergy. They changed their gloves and got a fresh scoop from back. Can’t completely be certain there’s no chance of contamination, but they took the precautions for me without asking. Ice cream and cone was delicious (definitely try the Sea Salt Brickle w/ Caramel Swirl)! Vegan flavors available too!
