Review of Blue Crab

Great food. Outstanding taste. Plentiful portions. However, our server was a rookie on her first night and served a cream of crab with a flour roux. Delicious but a gluten source. Owner quickly apologized and covered the meal, but damage is done. Recommend the restaurant and food enthusiastically, but strongly recommend dealing only with Tim the owner/manager or the chef and not the waitstaff. This is good advice anywhere!
