This place offer for sandwiches gluten free bagels (Udi’s) which IMO are dry and tasteless. They also offer gluten free wraps that fall apart when you eat the sandwich. I have been to this place many times and generally disappointed in the sandwiches. They are very expensive so not worth at all what you pay for. There are tastier gluten free options out there that they as a restaurant can choose if they made it a priority. I recommend instead to have the sandwich ingredients on a bed of salad. They also do offer gluten free scones and muffins which are delicious. Go to Thrive Tribe around the corner for gluten free crepes.
