I asked if the chips were gluten free and they said no. My guess is the only thing that is gluten free there is the drinks. They did have decent horchata though.

It was okay. The tortilla chips were my favorite part. I had a bowl, and it was pretty good.

Yes this is set up like chipotle but here they wouldn't get out fresh cheese or lettuce even when I asked, and the only vegetarian gf option was the grilled fajita style veggies. I asked if the vegan sausage was gf and the guy helping me said yes and then the manager casually says they're made of wheat so won't be gf. So, ask lots of questions and don't expect anyone to smile at you while they change their gloves. Food is ok. I think I'll bring a Larabar to eat next time instead.

This is set up exactly like a Chipotle, but tasted even better! Small sign on menu said all meat & toppings are GF. Staff was knowledgeable -- put on new gloves and warmed corn tortillas between foil. No CC reaction. Food was delicious!
We asked for glove change and had them heat corn tortillas between sheets of foil. CD son had no issues! 🙂
Menu clearly stated what was gluten free and service folks were knowledgeable. It's fast food, yet really nice quality. I have CD and did not get sick from the street tacos. Happy day! Four stars only because I can't bring myself to give fast food five stars.
Yes
Guys at the counter at the Queen Anne street location denied having any gluten free options

Most things on the menu are gluten-free, like the rice beans all meets all sauces and salsas. The menu is clearly marked. It's fast food but it is fresh and very tasty
Good awareness of Gluten-free needs.
Yes
Menu board clearly states that all meats, sauces and corn tortillas are gluten free. Food is served from a hot line, similar to Chipotle. There could be a possibility of cross contamination but if you are ok with Chipotle, then this should be ok too.

Food was good, service felt like they were rushing us. $45/3 meals
Tacos were very good but confidence in the GF of some items was not high due to communication problems. They did tells us they use bread in their ground beef filling but other filings were GF.
No
All meats, rice, and beans are GF. Corn tortillas. Delicious tacos!
The guy at the counter said everything had gluten in it. I didn't see the menu notice mentioned in the other review. Food looked great but the guy working the counter unequivocally denied having gf options
