Review of Bluebird Cafe

Lots of GF options ready to go! They had GF brownies, blondies, chocolate chip cookies, chocolate cupcakes, muffins, quiches, and sandwiches. I ordered the Canyon sandwich and it was amazing! The only thing I would've changed about it would be to toast the GF bread. I also had the chocolate chip cookie which is huge and delicious! I'll be back next time we happen to pass through Glenwood Springs.
