Review of Bluebird Cafe

I have eaten here several times successfully, but got totally sick the last time. I was there November 24 for breakfast before a road trip back home. I ordered the quiche, and fortunately I gave half of it to my daughter to share. I was violently ill within 15 minutes of finishing my meal!! I had to wait for hours before I could begin my road trip home, and was "off" for at least a week! I don't know what happened that day, but I hope it was a one-time deal as getting gluten-free food in Glenwood Springs has always been a bit of a crap-shoot. I am SO DISAPPOINTED!
