I’ve only had lunch here and the menu was not extensive but the Cobb Salad was delicious and I added seared salmon.
Went here for dinner twice this trip and waiters both times were happy to accommodate and checked with chef to make sure what I ordered was GF. I had the salmon the first night (which was delicious) and the short rib the second night which was good but not as good as the salmon. My husband had the sea bass the first night and it turned out to be GF so I could taste it and it was delicious too.

Was hesitant to do breakfast here after reading all the reviews but bluEmber was great. Our server was very knowledgeable about gluten allergies and made sure to check with the chef if he wasn't sure about something. The chef even made my son gf pancakes which were not on the menu. I have an egg allergy on top of the gluten allergy and they were very careful. No problems for either of us.

Great hotel, but would not recommend the restaurant for someone with celiac. There was a general lack of awareness of gluten allergies, and a lack of initiative to accomodate.

Beware of this place! Although they do have gluten free options, including bread, the staff is completely unaware about the GF options. By staff, I mean everyone including the chef. I order a burger on GF bread but when it arrived it was on a bun that looked suspiciously glutinous. The waitress seemed very annoyed when I asked if the bun was actually GF and said that it was but I wasn't convinced. Luckily I didn't eat it until the manager came over and told me that it was NOT gluten free. They sent the order back but did not comp the $17 burger! There were other issues with this dining experience but the biggest problem was the lack of training about GF options.

Wonderful flavors on this menu with plenty of gluten free as well as vegetarian options.
