Their menu is gf and vegan but they offer regular bread for their toasts. I would still be clear that you have an allergy. I had celery juice, heavy metal detox smoothie, and a smoothie bowl. I’m hoping to try their gf vegan waffles as well which they use certified gf flour blend and oat flour. Small place but helpful and willing to modify to your liking.

I enjoyed my bowl there last summer (2021). However, they are now serving gluten sourdough bread at this location. This is not mentioned on their website or social media which says they are gluten free. Please be very careful when eating there.

I love it here. I’ve eaten here many times with no issues. Staff is very knowledgeable.
