Dedicated gluten free, customizable choices to accommodate other allergies (dairy, egg, veg ect.) I only wish we came sooner as when we got there (2 hours before close) they were running low on or out of some options we wanted. Regardless, we love this place!

So impressed with this restaurant and wishing we had one closer to us! We went to Bolay for lunch while we were visiting Jupiter. All of the choices for the bowls are GF and they have vegan options for protein as well. The food was delicious and they have outside seating, which was nice. Highly recommend for a quick meal.

Totally dedicated gf restaurant. Similar style to Chipotle but Asian fusion cuisine. Dedicated restaurants are the best!!!

This is a dedicated gluten free, healthy, fast food bowl-type restaurant. The food is good, although a bit heavy on the sodium in my opinion. The gluten free cookies are amazing.

Every state should be mandated to have a regional chain of gluten free bowl restaurants. Bolay Fresh is a solid option and they’re everywhere in South Florida making it a convenient gluten free option while traveling.
