I have had several wonderful meals at this location. I love the GF cookies. It is such a nice experience to be able to order anything off the menu with no worry of cross-contact.

The whole restaurant is 100% Gluten free, right down to the soft cookies. There’s so much flavor in everything they make. My new favorite place!

Absolutely Gluten Free...They are the rare restaurant that has dedicated their premises to offer only non gluten options and have gone through a stringent certification process guaranteeing they are indeed “Gluten Free”. Add that off duty experience to hands down the most delicious, fresh and creative menus and you have a great find...I never tire of the various options....

GF Mecca! However, queue can be lengthy during peak hours. I recommend going before 12:00 or after 2:00 for lunch. Amazing concept and very consistent experience. Thank you Bolay!

Great variety of options. Most people could enjoy this, even if they're not gf. The tastes can range from mild to spicy/exotic, depending upon what you choose. (It's chipotle style "build your own"). Guess it's leaning towards Thai cuisine , but it so much more than typical Thai. Tons of protein & veggie options. You can eat here and still stick to your diet. The staff is friendly and helpful. The ordering line always moves fast. We discovered this place 6 weeks ago, and we've already dined there three times. For us, that's a lot. Worth a try.

This “healthy, fast food” restaurant is awesome! The entire facility is gluten free, so no worry about cross contamination. Delicious food and flexible options. Wish this was a national chain! Eat here without worry and enjoy your meal. Also delicious for non-celiacs.

Every state should be mandated to have a regional chain of gluten free bowl restaurants. Bolay Fresh is a solid option and they’re everywhere in South Florida making it a convenient gluten free option while traveling.
