The best 100% gluten free quick-service bowl restaurant in town! Similar concept to Chipotle, Fresh Kitchen etc. The bowls are delicious. I've had nearly every item on the menu and everything here is so tasty. I recommend the teriyaki chicken, but the steak or salmon are amazing too if you're willing to pay the extra few bucks. The best part however are the team members. They are super knowledgeable of all menu-items and any other allergens guests will want to avoid if they have them. The line can be long, but you're always served almost immediately!

Olay is great for gluten free, gluten-free cookies everything you can think of. Feel free to ask the kitchen but most of the information is on the website. My only complaint is with their food waste, multiple employees have told me that a lot of food is wasted and not donated which is just sad.

Every Bolay I have ever tried is fantastic! The food is really healthy and they change out their vegetables seasonally. I really wish they would put a location in the Panhandle! Super Celiac safe. I also am allergic to dairy and the only thing with dairy is Parmesan cheese. They also have vegan options!

I absolutely love this place... The staff were very nice, explaining how it works. We got the Baja Bowl in the Thai Bowl. A small would be perfect with a soda and cookie for lunch. I'm glad I got a large so I can eat the other half tomorrow. This is the first place that I've been to that I did not have to be concerned about cross-contamination.
