I stopped by a BOLAY to grab a few bowls to have at my hotel while on vacation in Cape Canaveral. So glad I did! First time trying this place. I thought the bowls were fantastic as I like to have protein with every meal. Citrus chicken and the sweet potato noodles were my favorite but also really enjoyed the mushrooms and broccoli.

Bolay is one of my all time favorite restaurants! Everything there is GF including the AMAZING wraps!! I recommend the cilantro noodles and the lemon chicken! 🫶

I love the Asian sweet potato noodles, kale salad, MOJO pork, shrimp, roasted Brussels sprouts, ginger broccoli, topped with creamy garlic sauce or spicy Thai sauce.

My husband get about the same but adds steak.

When I discovered this place a little over a year ago I had no idea how happy I would be with going here. My favorite is sweet potato glass noodles with their teriyaki chicken, Tuscan vegetables, roasted potatoes, brussels sprouts and to top it off garlic herb sauce. The most amazing flavor combination I have ever had. Little bit sweet little bit of tangy. I love it! The fact that their whole restaurant is dedicated gluten-free is beyond amazing. I am so thankful that a company put the effort into helping people who have celiac. I can even have their cookies which I don’t get much of unless I make them myself. Thank you Bolay!!!!

My son has Celiac and Bolay is the place to go for lunch and/or dinner. They are truly a 100% dedicated GF restaurant and the food is delicious. We have been to Bolay probable > 20 times and he NEVER gets ill. The GF chocolate chips cookies are delicious. You just can’t go wrong here.

All gluten free. All. Gluten. Free. Weird mix and match of stuff, so far as selection. But man, delicious - delicious hunks of steak, big thai shrimp, Brussels, amazing sautéed mushrooms, sweet potato noodles, avocado, oven roasted potatoes, lots of yum. And the chocolate chip cookies we had were astounding.

Make your own bowl place. It’s a gluten free dedicated facility with many options. Their cookies are the best! It can be hard to put together a bowl with flavors that go together well. Make sure to plan out your flavors before stepping into the line.
