their plates are GF. So good. One of my go-to GF friendly restaurants.

LOVE Bongos! The plates are the safest - I always get "The Desi" plate without their slaw because I have a dairy allergy too.
I would stay away from tostones (shared fryer), but so many great plate options. Ask at the cashier (when you order) if you have any allergy questions. Most of the food is naturally GF.

I have been eating here for years and have always felt good after their plates. The sandwiches are prepared on a separate side of the kitchen so risk for CC is low. It’s pretty delish! Just make sure to tell them about your celiac and to change gloves, etc

So good! All the platters are gluten-free, including the Haitian salad. Never had an issue and I've eaten here a bunch of times now. Kitchen staff said no gluten goes into the fryer.

Nice staff, food tastes great, but I’ve gotten sick after eating here about three times. It could be something else, but it’s related to the food, because my fiancé has also had problems after eating here.
Amazing! Very friendly and as mentioned, their plates are all gluten free per staff. I haven't had a problem and I also am allergic to soy. The desi plate is delicious.
Really good Cuban island food. All plates are GF.
