Ve ry good coconut-based ice cream (in addition to the dairy-based). They are pretty careful with dairy (e.g., separate scopes for the dairy-free which are in a different cooler). They are happy to clean a scoop for gluten issues but they keep gluten containing flavors near non-gluten so if I had celiac I probably wouldn’t try it. But as someone who is gluten sensitive I had no problems. They make all their ice cream at this location which is busiest for all three locations. They clean equipment thoroughly but it isn’t separate. At this location we were able to get a scoop from a fresh container to avoid potential but cross contact but not sure if that’s a standard or we were just lucky with timing.
