I went in after reading the good reviews, and the cook told me that he would not recommend that I eat there if I have celiac. He said his mother is celiac, so he knows how careful you have to be. He told me that they use the same ovens and the entire environment is just too risky.

Pretty good gluten free crust! I called and asked about their cross contamination policies and they said that they use separate ovens and make the dough in different rooms. No bad reaction after eating!

Got a GF pizza here with bbq and grilled chicken. It was delicious and no reaction. 10” thin crispy crust.

We ended up placing a take out order online due to a failed dinner. Based on previous reviews, we ordered a gluten free pizza and made the comment it was for a gluten allergy (yes, we know Celiac isn't really an allergy, but those in food industry seem to understand allergy best). My son is sensitive to even cross-contamination, but he didn't have any reaction. He also said it was some of the best GF pizza he's ever had, which is extremely high praise from a 13 year old!

I have enjoyed their gf piazza several times with no bad reaction. They even deliver! Their gf pizza is not bad. I prefer some other gf pizzas in town. I understand their standard pizza for people without dietary restrictions is a favorite with many. I have not eaten anything else on the menu and cannot rate anything but the pizza as celiac friendly.
