Horrible service and the GF pizza's are way under cooked. Skip it and go to Dominos. That's sucks to say but it's true.
We ordered GF pizza 2 times in the last 8 days. Awful! I tried a second time giving them the benefit of the doubt. The crust is terrible and unless you just get straight cheese it's totally wet and soggy. If you are GF out of medical need, find somewhere else! I am physically ill!! Regretting giving them a second try! :-(
We loved their pizza! They even called me to let me know they were baking with wheat flour in the same restaurant and they couldn't guarantee it was 100% safe for Celiacs! However, neither my 3 year old or myself got sick and it was so much better than Dominoes!
If I could give this 6 stars, I would. As a celiac, pizza places are always a little scary but this was a meal I've been craving ever since we left! They cook their GF pizzas in a separate oven and use separate ingredients to minimize the chance for cross contamination. The cashier was very knowledgable about celiac and guided us through the toppings to ensure I didn't order gluten by mistake. Though our GF pizzas took longer to cook than the regular, they tasted amazing and my stomach LOVED them - which is unheard of for a meal full of tomato and dairy. Awesome place and I'd definitely go back!
Their website explains that their gluten free pizzas are made using separate ingredients and baked in a separate oven. When I went there, the man at the cash register knew all about celiac and guided me about which toppings were gluten free. Although my gluten free pizza took longer to cook than the regular, they tasted delicious! A crunchy crust, light sauce and cheese and many toppings. I ordered one personal pizza and it was enough for two servings. It tasted even better leftover the next day! No I'll effects either. I'd definitely go again!
They need to find a GF flour mixture for their crust. What they are using is a no go. They need to insure a completely seperate prep and cooking (and the utensil they use to cut the slices) to avoid cross contamination. The bigest issue is it just doesn't taste good. I use Bob's Redmill flours at home and they make a much better pizza crust.
Good GF pizza!
I got the godfather gluten free pizza. It was really yummy, but within a half hour I was sick. I am very sensitive to gluten, so maybe it won't bother others as it has me.
great pizza. place always looks closed but it's opened. go check it out.
great pizza and can even do no cheese when asked! love them!
