OUTSTANDING GF food!! Lindsey R was our waitress and she was excellent. Ray, the general manager brought out my food separately from the other food. They are VERY knowledgeable about celiac. Lindsey R said they take food allergies seriously and it showed! Food, service, and safety were excellent! We’ll be back in several days!! Highly, highly recommend! Outdoor seating was awesome as well.
Update on earlier recommendation: Ate there today 2-16-24. They had a gluten free menu. I ordered grilled flounder and boundary house salad. Clearly told the waitress gluten free. They brought food with hush puppies. ☹ I told them I couldn’t eat the fish with hush puppies on them. Server was clearly put out that he had to take it back. Brought back 5 minutes later with the toughest flounder I’ve ever had. Your experience depends on waitress and cook.

Changed their menu and now fewer items are available as gluten free. They had a dedicated gluten free fryer when I visited end of last year for their non fried seafood items. They have now changed their fries to a breaded kind. Gf options are limited.

We had Luke as a server and he was FABULOUS! Ask for him! He got injured during our visit and never once stopped with his positive attitude or helping spirit. We had to stop the manager on the way out to sing his praises! The food was a 10/10. Definitely grab the hot bacon salad dressing. My family & friends are returning the end of the month and will definitely make a second trip back!

Very disappointed they no longer have fries that are safe.
General manager was not helpful accommodating food at all. He wanted to up charge for a gluten free side when no other option was available. He said it was not their place to accommodate a food preference. Not helpful with gluten free choices.

As mentioned in the last review, fries and potato skins, which used to be safe, are now not safe due to a vendor change. Relatively few options, but my little one is always happy with their salad and salmon. This time he added a baked potato. Also, it is difficult to get chicken as by the time we get there it is always marinated and not GF.

Was extremely satisfied with my experience. Waitress’s mother is celiac so she was completely on top of the situation. My blackened shrimp was perfectly prepared, the salad was excellent, and the French fries are prepared in a dedicated fryer.

A fairly expansive gluten free menu. Waitress was informed and I felt confident that everything was safe.

I got the ribs with a baked potato and the mashed sweet potatoes. The food was wonderful and I did not get sick afterwards. I ordered the ribs because I knew not much could go wrong there. I avoided the items that were listed that could be made gluten free such as the chicken items that would be prepared (if available) without marinade.

Explained to waitress that I was gluten free and ordered off of the gluten free menu. Salad came out with a crescent roll and entree had a sauce with it that was not gluten free.

Nice decor. I got grilled scallops, salad, potato wedges with sour cream and French fries. I did not get sick. I will be back.
The restaurant offers a separate GF menu.
Yes
Food was excellent, a little pricey. I got the ribs fries and Caesar, girlfriend got the prime rib and dressed white potato with house salad. No problems for either of us. Place a reservation during peak times, the dedicated frier is good but they don’t fry fish or shellfish just the sides and such.
Yes
Huge selection for myself (celiac) and my sister (gluten allergy). They have proper procedures to make sure there's no cross contamination. I got the steak, streamed vegetables, and mashed sweet potatoes- all delicious!!

I love this restaurant. My parents are locals, so we eat here whenever we visit and the quality is consistently good. My first recommendation is to always, always make a reservation. It is not unusual for there to be an hour-plus wait for walk-ins. I usually get the scallop appetizer (without remoulade) and the spinach artichoke dip. The tortilla chips that come with the dip are not great, but I don't really need them because I put the dip on everything else -- the scallops, the potato skins, the french fries. They also just finally added a new salad dressing to the gf list - parmesan peppercorn, and it was delicious on their house salad, which comes with bacon, cheese and sugared pecans. Sounds weird, but it really works well together.

I had the steak and baked potato and i also had the spinach artichoke dip for an appetizer and i have celiac disease and am very sensitive to cross contamination and didn't get sick!! I totally recommend.
Yes
Had gf menu but it listed burger and said omit bun or salads and omit croutons. Not a serious effort at Gf. Pricey but food was good.
I have eaten there twice and both times the food was superb.

Disappointed. This is typically a family favorite. I asked for a gluten free menu. Staff was not well informed. I asked if the ranch dressing was gluten free and got a blank stare. So I asked for a dry salad with ranch on the side for my sisters fries. I was very clear about it. Salad came with dressing in cup that was half spilt all over the salad. Server didn't over up an apology and I still had to pay for the salad I couldn't eat. It was rediculous. Also confused because I had eaten there before and was told fries were gluten free but this time was told they weren't. They are just fries!!!

Ate at the bar and bartender well informed. Helped me with the GF menu and food was good....no problems though selection was limited. I would go back again.
always like places with a dedicated fryer for French fries, but my side salad came out with a croissant on it which they took away and just brought it back out with the croissant removed. after that I was nervous about the rest of the food. I would recommend being cautious when eating there.

environment and staff were fine...... and there is a g f menu. but they are essentially just eliminating the ingredients that contain gluten. So you can get a burger and fries, but it just means no bun for the burger..... etc. not that I wouldn't go back, but I would lower my expectations.
Amazing restaurant...staff was well informed and I didn't have any problems with my food...they even had gf cheese fries as an appetizer!
Yes
Nice gluten free menu, dedicated fryer so you can have French fries!
