Yummy!!! Staff was very knowledgeable about allergies (gluten, dairy, garlic, and onion) I was able to eat 4 of the meats because they have no sauces or seasoning except salt. The ribeye was the best. The food bar is eat at your own risk due to potential cross contamination from other buffet users. There are typically no desert optionsfor me so it was very nice to have the brown sugar pineapple after dinner

All the buffet items were labelled so I checked with staff to see if I was ok to just follow the labels to see what contained gluten. To be very sure they called the Head Chef who gave me a tour of the buffet to let me know exactly which foods were safe and which weren’t. The majority of meat dishes were gf with the exception of four which the waiters were all able to identify. Overall a great dining experience with plenty of options to choose from.

I’ve read mixed reviews of this place but decided to give it a try. I used the allergy card to know which foods I should avoid, and I had no problems. I didn’t eat much off the buffet - just cheese, potato salad, quinoa tabouleh - but had several of the meats, including bacon-wrapped chicken, prime rib, sirloin. Everything was delicious and safe.

I called ahead and the manager had indicated they would be able to accommodate gluten free. They had a printed card for allergies, but it was very vague. You had to use your best judgement at the salad bar. Lots of potential for cross contamination. The chicken was marinated in beer. I do like brazillian steakhouses because they can be safe, but this one was not up to par for me. Also, they like food well done so if you are expecting juicy rarer cuts you have to ask for them.

Delicious meats & salad bar.. The waitress I had (Rachel) was so awesome.. Told me everything that was GF.. Only 1 of the meat dishes was not GF.. The salad bar is huge & offers more than just traditional salad bar fare... Outstanding customer service... Highly recommend this restaurant...

amazing they printed a list off of all items containing gluten and ones containing dairy. super helpful allowed us to look round before deciding and the fries were done in dedicated fryer.

Poisoned !!!! Asked 100xs what was safe and what was not .... Eat at your own risk.

Almost everything at the buffet is gluten free and all the meat is, too. I am baffled they don't advertise how celiac friendly they are. The food is phenomenal, the service was good (and fun)! Four stars because it appears high end but if you dress up you'll be the only one doing it. Yet for the price, I expected a well dressed crowd. I would eat here again but in my sloppy jeans!
