One of my go-to safe options in the Twin Cities! We typically get takeout but have always had a great experience dining in as well. Nearly everything on the menu is gluten free and the staff are always helpful in terms of kitchen precautions (changing gloves, etc) when asked. The butterscotch pudding is amazing!!

We generally order takeout. Family feast rotisserie chicken with rice and beans, salad, corn chips, and add yucca fries. Have been doing this since before my daughter was diagnosed. We continue to do this. The sauces are all great. Supposedly the only non GF item on the menu is cornbread, but I have not confirmed beyond our typical order.

Wonderful restaurant with great service, dependable, dedicated gluten-free area of the kitchen, and amazing flavor. It’s a go to for a quick dinner, take out, or just to hang out on their sidewalk, enjoying the weather. Restaurant is incredibly clean and I have never suffered a celiac reaction there. Nearly everything is gf here and the staff are very knowledgeable and patient. Bonus, all my gluten eating family love it!

Tried this on our vacay to the Twin Cities. The chicken and pork were both delicious. My 6 year old is Celiac and she didn’t get sick. She also got the salad, which she didn’t care for. Staff was knowledgeable about gf.

Consistently excellent. A little over priced but the two best values are the bowls and the family special. The family special with rotisserie chicken is a go-to for us. Everything on the menu is gluten free except cornbread and a couple other things. Super friendly staff.

Awesome food. So delicious. Talked to staff about gluten free options and everything but 2 items are gluten free and marked on the menu. Lots of different sides - everyone can find something they like. The green sauce is delicious!

I ate here once without any trouble but the second time I got glutened. Amazing food but it's a risk if you have celiacs disease.

I went with some friends for dinner. The yuca fries were so good 😋 I also got the Smothered Chicken bowl and it was very filling! Majority of the menu is gluten free already and everything fried is gluten free as well

These guys catered my wedding! Everything is gf except for the cornbread and mac&cheese. I’ve eaten here an uncountable number of times, and I’ve never gotten sick. They take allergies seriously and are knowledgeable. My go-to place if I don’t want to cook. Would suggest the chicken (any variety), pulled pork, vegan curry, and yucca fries (these are a can’t-miss item). Beans are flavorful as well and are a great companion to anything on the menu.

Delicious, and almost everything is already GF! Just can't have the Mac n cheese and the cornbread. The fryer is GF - and they have battered fish that is GF.

Brasa is quickly becoming a favorite place for my husband and I to go to for yummy food in St. Paul! The menu has great variety and the green sauce that comes on the side is SO GOOD! Almost the entire menu is gluten free and what isn't GF is clearly stated on the menu. There are also multiple options for ordering to accomodate different group sizes and tastes. Brasa is great for a single meal as well as ordering family style!

Everything is delicious! All gluten-free except for mac & cheese, cornbread, and rolls. This is my go-to restaurant because it is safe to eat with celiac disease.
