Everything is delicious! All gluten-free except for mac & cheese, cornbread, and rolls. This is my go-to restaurant because it is safe to eat with celiac disease.

Extremely fast service, friendly staff. Everything is gluten free but the cornbread, buns, and pasta (there is a gluten option). The chocolate cake isn’t gluten free but the other desserts are. Love being in an upbeat place that is very knowledgeable with food allergies and preferences!

The fried fish was DIVINE! With a gluten allergy you don’t get to have fried fish a lot, such a treat!

Literally my go to. I probably eat here weekly and have never gotten sick. The food is delicious, a tad expensive, but well worth it because the employees get benefits and it's just so good. I recommend the pork bowl and the yuca fries

Enjoyed our takeout dinner for Dining Out for Life 2021. COVID protocols, outdoor seating, efficient online ordering and meal prep. My husband really liked their rotisserie chicken, and my arroz con pollo was delicious. Yucca fries could use salt and were better while warm but I could see them growing on me. Staff could quickly list the menu items that AREN’T GF.

DELISH!! My favorite food. Ever. I had the smothered pulled chicken with beans and brisket/yellow rice for dinner one night and it was so good I went with a different group of people for lunch the next day. The staff was so knowledgeable and wow, I’m just amazed how good I felt the entire interaction with that food. There is only gluten in their sandwich bread and cornbread I believe but that is easily avoidable if you just don’t order it. Staff was super knowledgeable and assuring and I want to rate this place 11/10 I had SUCH good meals. Usually I feel sick after eating out, even GF food, but not this time. My new place in the city!!!

Almost everything on the menu is gluten free besides the corn bread and the sandwich bread. It feels good to just be able to go somewhere and not necessarily have to go into my life story. The food is delicious and served so fast! A wonderful place to go if you're starving. However, I do like the grand avenue location better as it's bigger, they have more menu options: like mashed potatoes! And they have homemade soda which is so delicious I always crave it.

This was my favorite restaurant long before being diagnosed with celiac. So I was pretty thrilled to find their menu to be predominantly gluten free. The servers are great...very knowledgable, and very helpful. And, of course, the food is amazing. Brasa is the ultimate in comfort food for celiacs.

Very celiac friendly and delicious food. I am giving it 4 stars because out of five times eating there so far, I am fairly sure I was glutened by something this last time. My family and I all shared foods except I had the rice with pigeon peas and sofrito. I am *guessing* it was the peas. I will certainly eat there again and will probably just avoid that dish. It is also possible that I am the most sensitive celiac in our family - our son was fine - or that I have trouble with that particular pea (same as dhal in Indian food). So just a heads up, I _highly_ recommend this restaurant, let them know you're celiac, and take my story as you wish. Cheers!

Fantastic!! I went this weekend with a few friends and we split a handful of dishes and are family style and it was so fun, the food was delicious and I felt great after eating here! I SO appreciate their dedicated gluten free kitchen, that always makes such a huge difference, and makes me feel so well cared for and valued as a customer.

These guys catered my wedding! Everything is gf except for the cornbread and mac&cheese. I’ve eaten here an uncountable number of times, and I’ve never gotten sick. They take allergies seriously and are knowledgeable. My go-to place if I don’t want to cook. Would suggest the chicken (any variety), pulled pork, vegan curry, and yucca fries (these are a can’t-miss item). Beans are flavorful as well and are a great companion to anything on the menu.

One of my go-to safe options in the Twin Cities! We typically get takeout but have always had a great experience dining in as well.
