I’ve eaten here twice and didn’t have any reactions. I talk to the server each time to find out which meats have gluten. They said only the chicken leg had gluten. Each meat is cooked on a clean stick and the servers use clean utensils and gloves for every meat they bring out. The Brazilian cheese bread is also GF! I am extremely sensitive and had no issues. I did avoid the salad bar as you can’t control cross contamination there. Definitely recommend, especially for a special occasion. They’re also pretty reasonably priced compared to other Brazilian steakhouses in the Bay Area. Please be advised you may experience meat hangover symptoms the next day, but well worth it. :)
