My poor boyfriend paid 30 dollars for this pizza., I was so happy to find "good" gluten free pizza after finding out I had a sensitivity. It tasted pretty good, it was pretty good in my opinion- BUT I got a reaction immediately afterwards, my stomach swelled up and I got a migraine. I was glutened!, Be careful!!!!!

The food was SO amazing, but my celiac partner and I unfortunately got cross-contaminated, although very lightly. It was a shame, because we would have loved to come back when we would be in the area. The servers were very knowledgeable and were extremely kind. All pizzas could be made GF.

Brick and Dough is a gluten free dream come true! I read amazing reviews on several gf social media sites and decided to take the plunge and travel to try it out. It certainly did not disappoint! The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The Detroit Style gf pizza left me speechless. We will definitely make this trip more often.

I’ve been here a few times over the last year and it’s incredible every time. I went this past weekend and had the meatballs, pizza, and panna cotta dessert (the server was great and double checked that it was GF). It was all delicious and Celiac safe. Highly recommend!

Strong GF product. Started as a slice joint option, which was refreshing versus being relegated to ordering pies only. Now, it’s pies only, no slices and cost is almost double for equivalent pies. Also note, they are not kid friendly.

I think I've died and gone to heaven. I drove 45 mins to get here and I was not disappointed. I got the deep dish forager and it was so good and crispy that I could have cried. You must try this place!!!

GREAT PIZZA.

I ordered the GF NY style with extra cheese. Only GF option is a "detroit style" deep dish, and it doesn't disappoint. Cheesy, burnt crust and good sauce/cheese ratio. Not cheap ($35 with tax), but that's how this area is.

No reaction so fairly confident in gluten free status, although I think everything is cooked in the same oven. I feel completely fine 24 hrs after eating!

Highly recommend!

I have ordered pizza twice with no issues. The pizza is Detroit style and high quality. I think they take GF pretty seriously and called me back once when a GF topping was not available. There are VERY few pizza places I will order from due to cross contamination but this is one.

OMG Best Gluten-free pizza I’ve had in years. Totally separate prep area and oven. The pizza is cooked in thick black pans these pans are only used for GF. GREAT system eliminates chance of cross contamination. All of the staff was very personable. My only complaint is I wish they would open another restaurant in Bergen country closer to my home

Excellent Detriot Style Pizza. Detroit style pizza is a deep dish with cheese cooked onto the sides making it extra extra cripy and yummy.We got the foragerWhich is a whole bunch of fresh mushrooms so good.Play Margarita and we added prosciutto,Probably my favorite.And four cheese and add to pepperoni also super yummy.These are Huge pizzas in super filling and some of the best piece of ever had.

I drove from CT to NJ because I couldn’t believe that this magical looking gluten free pizza could possibly be real. And let me tell you, it was BEYOND real, legitimately the best gf thing I have ever tasted, and I have basically tried everything, longing for something to graze my lips with this level of gluten-esque buoyancy and stupendous flavor. Jason took unbelievable care of us, and I could not be more impressed with this impeccably run business.
