There is gluten-free bread for sandwiches, and lots of the menu is sandwiches. We unexpectedly arrived a few minutes before they opened (3pm on a Saturday), and they offered to let us in early. There were several ciders, seltzers, and wine for gf drinks. I asked how the gf bread was, and the server called on a customer waiting to order nearby at the bar to give me his opinion on the bread. He said he had Celiac disease and they take gf seriously and that the bread is good and doesn’t fall apart. I asked about cc when grilling paninis and the server emphatically reassured me that they take precautions. I ordered the chicken pest sandwich, and it was great. Side is chips and a pickle. Would definitely go back if I’m in Grand Ledge again.
