The staff was slow to see this even though there was three other tables already seated. Then on top of that it took them 20 minutes to take our order and only had three items that were gluten free would not go there again.

Their regular pizzas look incredible and everyone loves them, but I'm leaving this review for the gluten free folks. They do offer a gluten free "crust" option, but it's not with any kind of bread or dough. They use ONE POUND of italian sausage (very thick) and just put the pizza toppings on top of that- I mean the first few bites are tasty, but it's just SO MUCH sausage and so heavy that you really feel it in your gut after the first slice. I'm celiac, so while I greatly appreciate places that go out of their way to make accommodations for gluten free choices, this isn't something I'd want again. For my fellow gluten free pizza lovers, I'd recommend VIA 313 in Orem (& coming soon to Lehi & Murray) as they do a GF detroit-style with gluten free crust and it is delicious.
