Do not eat here if Celiac. Fries are not gluten free, fryer is not dedicated. They may or may not have gf buns, depending on the day, but they take zero precautions to avoid cross contact and told me they have no desire to accommodate. You will get glutened. I wouldn’t even trust a drink from here.

They have gluten free buns, but most workers are high schoolers who don’t know much about food allergies. The fries are in a shared fryer so they are cross contaminated. You can also get the burger wrapped in lettuce instead of a gf bun. Ask for a glove change and say you have a wheat allergy (i find it easier than explaining celiac) and they’re usually pretty understanding.

A quick place to pop in, grab some food, and head to the dam to walk around. They have really good GF burger buns! Their burgers are smash-burger style, super fresh, and they’re always pretty accommodating. If you go on a busier day, be prepared to wait a little bit. They label the bag with which burgers have a GF bun, or no bun at all. BUT they do put all burgers in the same bag. Cross contamination is possible here, so maybe not the best for celiacs. They do not have a GF menu, but they do have the option for gluten free buns. Didn’t ask about fries this time, but the last time I went about a year ago, their fries were GF.
