I ate dinner here and had no issue. The server was very knowledgeable about what is GF. I ordered a salad that was delicious. While I would have liked to enjoy something more than the salad I wasn’t very hungry. I will definitely return when I’m hungrier and try a different GF meal. Just note that Brio is expensive and that ordering an item with a diamond next to indicates it can be made gluten free. So you need to really speak up to the server and make sure they understand if you have Celiac.

Experience may depend on what server you have. My first time going, I had the grilled chicken marsala and the server made me feel very protected, went through the whole menu with me, and there were no issues. The second time, the server simply pointed to the diamond marks on the menu and said that those were gluten-free. Imagine my surprise then, when we ordered the carpaccio appetizer that had a diamond mark only to have it brought with five pieces of bread on top so I couldn't have any of it. When we pointed it out, the waitress made no effort to remedy the situation except to agree that the bread had gluten and so the appetizer was not safe for me despite the black diamond on the menu, but assured the rest of the non-gf table that they would love it. Therefore, I am deducting a star for employee educational issues. This time I had the chicken limone entree and it was delicious with no gluten issues. Also, the supporting waitstaff who brought it to me verbally confirmed that it was made gluten free. So while there were many items on the menu that could be made gf, my advice about this place is to clearly communicate regarding gluten issues while ordering.

Limited but delicious gluten free menu! Picked up dinner to go a few times without any issues! Staff is very knowledgeable and pleasant.
I worked here briefly. None of the "gluten free" options are safe. All of the "gluten free" pasta is cooked in the same water at the same time as the gluten pasta. The cook uses the same spatula all night on all dishes, so even the risotto is contaminated. There are no special protocols for gluten free meals at all, even if it is an allergy. Additionally, servers are supposed to know which items are gluten free/dairy free/peanut free and they just take a guess. I sent people away who asked for gluten free due to an allergy or Celiac because I knew nothing from the kitchen here was safe. As a Celicac, I never ate anything from the kitchen. The management will insist that their gluten free options are indeed gluten free because they don't know what gluten is. The grilled chicken is okay unless the grill cook uses the pasta spatula to flip it, which he often does. Even the strawberry salad uses contaminated candied pecans.

My daughter worked here, they cook the GF pasta in the same water as regular pasta. Avoid if you're serious about GF.
