Absolutely aweful! My food looked like it sat for a long time before serving. Sauce completely soaked into pasta and was mush. Had so much salt it burned my throat. Salmon was way over cooked, super dry. Nauseated and wondering if the pasta was gluten free. The woman’s bathroom was missing wood trim in spots, the sink and mirror area were super dirty and caked with dust, hate to see what the kitchen looks like. My husband had regular noodles and they were way undercooked. He had to cut them with a knife. Will never eat here again. I wish I could give all zeros. The waitress was fabulous!!!

My friend is one of the managers here and he has told me all the steps they take to ensure there is no cross contamination. They offer salads, entree & pasta dishes. I had pasta brio and a Caesar salad for dinner. We started with a caprese salad app & finished with gelato for dessert. I wasn’t even slightly sick afterwards.

Terrible gf options. Always get sick cross contamination constantly. I don't feel like anyone cares about medical issues at this particular Brio.
not a ton of choices, but the ones they have are delish. they have a celiac disclaimer on the menu as they don't have a dedicated space....
I went here for my prom date right before prom started. I informed my waitress of my gluten allergy and she seemed to understand. She brought out me and my boyfriends meals and everything seemed to be fine. I was feeling a little off and bloated when the chef ran out to tell our waitress she had given me ACTUAL pasta. There's really no way of determining the difference between gluten pasta and gluten free pasta at these locations. I highly doubt they have any separation between the two. If you have celiac do not eat here. Allergies are not taken seriously.

I worked here briefly. None of the "gluten free" options are safe. All of the "gluten free" pasta is cooked in the same water at the same time as the gluten pasta. The cook uses the same spatula all night on all dishes, so even the risotto is contaminated. There are no special protocols for gluten free meals at all, even if it is an allergy. Additionally, servers are supposed to know which items are gluten free/dairy free/peanut free and they just take a guess. I sent people away who asked for gluten free due to an allergy or Celiac because I knew nothing from the kitchen here was safe. As a Celicac, I never ate anything from the kitchen. The management will insist that their gluten free options are indeed gluten free because they don't know what gluten is. The grilled chicken is okay unless the grill cook uses the pasta spatula to flip it, which he often does. Even the strawberry salad uses contaminated candied pecans.

I’ve been to this location multiple times and have never been disappointed with the many options on the menu. The wait staff is knowledgeable and very friendly.

My daughter worked here, they cook the GF pasta in the same water as regular pasta. Avoid if you're serious about GF.
