I appreciate Brixx efforts to offer GF and to do so by cooking on a separate tin. However, both times I have eaten Brixx GF pizza the crust is mushy and not fully cooked. I thought it was a one time thing, but couldn’t bring myself to eat it either time. I’m a bit disappointed.

Celiac Daughter: good waitstaff. Only gf pizza and salad. I was disappointed that the Kids pizza wasn’t available. Pizza was on a disposable pan.

Gluten Free pizza is very good - although crust could have been crispier. Others in my party said the regular pizza was amazing.
Good pizza. Not the best we've had but really good! Gluten free crust was yummy!
Loved it. Ask for the GF menu, lots of options and the pizza is GREAT. ($3 surcharge for the GF crust, but it's worth it.) had a note in the menu that they prepare GF pizzas in a separate section of the kitchen to avoid cross contamination. They had a nice deal for half a salad and half a pizza for, I think, $10.95. I'll go here often.

We order three different gluten free pizzas when we go. We tear them up. We all have a favorite, which is another reason for three different kinds.
Ask for the gluten free menu. If you order the pizza get the gluten free crust and not the cauliflower crust. The cauliflower has the possibility of being cross contaminated.

The have an extensive allergy list for all menu items. Server was very knowledgeable and explained the precautions the kitchen takes. I am sensitive to cross contact and felt fine after eating here.
