I went with someone who was craving pizza. The dedicated GF menu was a one page incomplete description of what on the menu could be made gluten-free along with a list of menu items that contain various allergens. It was quite confusing. The server did check with the kitchen that the sauces for the wings were gluten and dairy free.

One of the few places, my family can eat with peace of mind. GF options are limited to pizzas, which works for us.
I have been a patron of Brixx restaurants for over 18 years. All the restaurants are clean and well maintained. The menu has some diversity to it if you are dining with non-gf folks. The pizzas are thin crust and wood burning fire cooked. Service is as expected.

Waiter was very conscious of gluten, without me needing to be a pain about it. Split my salad with my wife and he automatically left bread and croutons off my plate. Even offered to make desert gluten free.
They offer GF options, though they are limited. I'm not impressed with their flavors enough to go back. Same frozen GF crust everyone else has, though with unimpressive toppings.

I love brixx! They have the best GF crust in the business in my opinion and offer the vegan cheese my stomach requires. This is my favorite place to grab a slice without a doubt!

The have an extensive allergy list for all menu items. Server was very knowledgeable and explained the precautions the kitchen takes. I am sensitive to cross contact and felt fine after eating here.
