September 24, 2012I enjoy being able to eat pizza again, nice selection of toppings, but they do tend to Undercook the pizza crust. Next time I'll ask for it crispy & reevaluate my review.

I've eaten here and had a great pizza, and I've eaten here and had a undercooked gross pizza. It's like flipping a coin.

Twice I have ordered a gluten free pizza to go from here and twice I have been given a gluten pizza. The second time my reaction was so bad, if I could have gotten to my phone I would have gone to the hospital. When I emailed them, I was sent a blow off email. No mention of re-training the staff, emphasizing the importance of gluten-free, etc. You could not pay me to go here again.

I love brixx! They have the best GF crust in the business in my opinion and offer the vegan cheese my stomach requires. This is my favorite place to grab a slice without a doubt!

they have wonderful pizza choices & specials, but they charge $2 extra for GF crust. very lame. Its kinda expensive for ur own personal pan (10") pizza- cost me $12.99. Otherwise, good food & flavors. I got the chicken florentine pizza:)

Daughter loves their GF pizza. No cross contamination. We go on Tuesday night and use BTGT coupon and take home a GF pizza for her to take to school for lunch. Heats well in microwave.

I have eaten at Brixx 5+ times, as I guess I am a glutton for punishment. I have celiac, and everytime I eat there I get sick. :( The food is good, but it's no longer worth it. I even tried a salad with their gluten free dressing and still got sick. My family loves this place, so I recently went back. As we ordered, the server told me that they do not recommend this place for celiac disease folks, as, according to him, "there is flour flying all over the kitchen, so it gets in toppings, etc." It's a shame that they cannot manage to control their kitchen...their menu says that the GF pizza is prepared in a separate work area, but apparently, that doesn't matter if all the toppings are covered in flour. Be warned.

I love their pizzas!! Every pizza can be ordered on GF crust but some toppings are more subject to cross contamination. They're really good about knowing which ones. I always order them well done because it helps the gluten free pizza dough bake through all the way to the middle. Also, their salad dressings are safe too. The Mediterranean salad is so good and I've added grilled chicken to make it a dinner. There are plenty of options on their menu...even beer.

Delicious gf pizza with lots of topping options. Dedicated gf menu and great gf drink options (gf beer, cider, etc.). Service was fantastic! Server went out of his way to answer our questions and accommodate! Will return often!

Brixx has good food but GF pizza is cooked in same oven as regular pizzas. If you are concerned about contamination this might not be the place for you.

Just ate here with my family and the pizza was amazing!! My husband could not tell the difference in the crust ( my son ordered traditional crust). After searching for several years, I finally found a gf pizza worth bragging about. Plus price was reasonable. There is $2 charge for special crust but you can add any vegetable at no charge. This location has wonderful service. Our pizza only took 15 minutes and they apologized for the delay. They gave me the gf pizza free. Who does that!? Give it a try and you will not be sorry:)

I love this pizza!! I eat here at least once a week. I hope they will eventually have more gluten free choices like breadsticks etc. I highly recommend eating here. 6/19/11. I have an update that is great for all of us. They serve some gluten free beers here. They sell the crust frozen already on the pan for you to make at home. They are also looking to adding more GF products to their menu. Thank you Brixx for thinking of us with celiac allergies. : )
