Brixx Wood Fired Pizza

Definitely one of my favorite pizza places to hit up. They have a little aluminum pizza dish that they cook it in and I feel pretty safe. Always really yummy!

As someone who is not celiac, I like their pizza, but my wife is allergic so she gets the gluten free options. We’ve given them a few chances, but my wife has been cross contaminated every time, so we won’t be going back unfortunately.

The food was not great and the service was mediocre. Disappointed because everyone else seems to love this place. I doubt I'll be back.

The pizza is sooo good!!! They have so many options for gluten free pizzas. I have celiac and am very sensitive and I had no problems. Make sure you tell them if it’s allergy or preference. For an allergy they will put your pizza on a metal pan to prevent contamination. They told me crust/dough is cauliflower dough. They have a gluten free menu online, and there. Just ask for it and they will give it to you. The service is also great and they are educated on celiac. I would definitely go again!!!

Not Celiac Friendly!!!!They have special prep and GF crust and GF beer.... I have Celiac and this is the way I found out that I can't have things cooked in the same oven... unless they aquired a dedicated oven... not recommended.... dissapointing because it was SO tasty...

Good service. Ask for the GF menu before you're seated. The GF crust is cooked In a foil tray so it doesn't touch the oven. The cauliflower crust isn't cooked in a tray so it is not Celiac safe. Not th most amazing pizza ever, but pretty good :)

Loved eating at Brixx tonight for the first time. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly about our food allergy.

So happy to be able to have wings again! A new menu item. My favorite is the Thai chicken pizza - gluten free - with lots of goat cheese. Yum!

Took my daughter for her 13th birthday. They have a gluten free menu!!! My daughter is Celiac and her pizza was affordable and yummy!!! :)

my husband and I are new to the area & still trying all the wonderful places that offer gf options. We both enjoyed this place & will go back. The gf pizza is even good as a left over.

I love this pizza!! I eat here at least once a week. I hope they will eventually have more gluten free choices like breadsticks etc. I highly recommend eating here. 6/19/11. I have an update that is great for all of us. They serve some gluten free beers here. They sell the crust frozen already on the pan for you to make at home. They are also looking to adding more GF products to their menu. Thank you Brixx for thinking of us with celiac allergies. : )

The have an extensive allergy list for all menu items. Server was very knowledgeable and explained the precautions the kitchen takes. I am sensitive to cross contact and felt fine after eating here.

The cauliflower crust is gluten free but not cooked in its own pan like the GF crust. I was not informed of this and was served a contaminated pizza.
