Brixx Wood Fired Pizza

They have a gluten free pizza crust, probably Udi’s. It was served on an aluminum foil pizza plate. My food was handled safely and delivered without touching the other pizzas in our order. The service was great! I had no worries about eating there. However, they have it printed on their menu that they do not have a separate prep station and can’t guarantee there won’t be cross contamination. I had no side effects and enjoyed a good pizza.

The pizza is hit or miss and for the up charge it should always be good. At least they have GF.

Excellent. Loved the pizza. Good for casual meal. Two celiac kids and both agreed best pizza they've had. Apparently, Brixx makes their own crust and it's very good.

GF Hawaiian pizza is excellent. Service is super slow here.

I have eaten at this Brixx multiple times. Although the service was slow, I have had good gf pizza and have not gotten sick.

The have an extensive allergy list for all menu items. Server was very knowledgeable and explained the precautions the kitchen takes. I am sensitive to cross contact and felt fine after eating here.

The cauliflower crust is gluten free but not cooked in its own pan like the GF crust. I was not informed of this and was served a contaminated pizza.
