Brixx Wood Fired Pizza

The service isn't great, but the pizza is cooked on its own separate tin and my daughter loved it. It heats up well for leftovers too.

They have a separate gluten-free menu and the pizza comes in its own metal pan (I was watching the oven and the pizza peels and feeling a little concerned until I saw that!) My husband reports that it isn't as good as Mellow Mushroom's GF crust but he likes the thin crust and the variety of options available.

My 5 year old son has celiac disease and we tried this place for the first time. Awesome service very knowledgable staff separate gluten free space for preparing the pizza and it was delicious.

The have an extensive allergy list for all menu items. Server was very knowledgeable and explained the precautions the kitchen takes. I am sensitive to cross contact and felt fine after eating here.

The cauliflower crust is gluten free but not cooked in its own pan like the GF crust. I was not informed of this and was served a contaminated pizza.
